iscell — Return true when a value is a cell array.
iscell(A) returns a logical scalar indicating whether A is represented as a MATLAB cell array.

How iscell works
- Cell arrays, including empty cells, return true.
- Numeric, logical, string, character, struct, object, function handle, and gpuArray values return false.
