array2table — Convert an array into a table.

array2table(A) splits two-dimensional arrays into table variables by column.

How array2table works

  • Numeric, complex, logical, string, and cell arrays are split column-wise.
  • "VariableNames" and "RowNames" are supported.

Example

Create named variables

T = array2table([1 3; 2 4], 'VariableNames', {'A','B'})

Expected output:

T = 2x2 table
