fullyConnectedLayer — Create a fully connected layer compatibility object.
fullyConnectedLayer(outputSize) returns a RunMat Deep Learning Toolbox compatibility object with layer metadata and common name-value properties.
Syntax
layer = fullyConnectedLayer(outputSize)
