standardizeMissing — Replace user-specified missing indicators with canonical missing values.
standardizeMissing(A, indicators) converts numeric indicators to NaN and text indicators to <missing>.

How standardizeMissing works
- Numeric arrays accept scalar or array indicators;
NaNindicators match existing NaNs. - String arrays and character-array rows accept text indicators and are converted to the missing string sentinel.
- Cell arrays and tables are processed recursively.
