xmlwrite — Serialize lightweight XML DOM-compatible values.
xmlwrite(document) serializes a lightweight XML document or element object to text; xmlwrite(filename, document) writes the serialized XML to a file.

- Serializes the lightweight
org.w3c.dom.Documentandorg.w3c.dom.Elementobjects returned byxmlread, including tag names, text content, attributes, and child nodes. - Accepts XML text values and scalar structs for compatibility with simple file-emission workflows.
- Escapes XML text and attribute values. This is not a full Java DOM implementation and does not perform schema validation or formatting preservation after object mutation.
