bitcmp — Complement the bits of integer-valued input.
C = bitcmp(A) complements every bit in the storage class of A. The optional assumedtype supplies the width and signedness for integer-valued double input.

How bitcmp works
- All eight native integer classes preserve class and shape.
- Integer-valued double input requires an assumed integer type.
- Supported gpuArray forms return resident output; unsupported classes and assumedtype GPU calls are rejected in MATLAB-compatible mode.
